Our Clients

The majority of our clients are entrepreneurial SMEs, established family-owned firms and large companies.

They include many businesses that have chosen to grow with JHI, rather than with a multinational accounting firm. They value the closer personal attention and significantly better value for money that JHI’s member firms provide, thanks to our shared client service ethos and proven approach to working together.

Our Member Firms

Our typical member firm

Is small to medium size, has built a strong position and reputation in its market, and is driven by a laser-like focus on providing exceptional client service.

Our values

Although our member firms are independent legal entities, they share a commitment to excellence in client service. Openness, integrity and honesty with clients and with one another and adherence to the highest standards of the accounting profession lie at the heart of everything we do.

The client’s best interests always come first. For example, if a situation arises where we think you need expertise from outside the JHI network we will tell you, and help you find the right people. It’s your best interests, not our short-term gain, that drives our thinking.

How We Work

With you:

You’ll find us refreshingly straightforward and easy to work with. Our Member Firms place a premium on giving clear, practical advice. We tailor our work programmes, communications and reporting to suit each client. For example, some multinational clients prefer to work directly with the JHI member firm in each country where they have operations. Others prefer the lead partner in their home country to co-ordinate and report on all of JHI’s work for them across the globe. The choice is yours.   Some examples of our work can be found here testimonials

With each other:

There’s real substance to JHI. Unlike some, it’s a cohesive, vibrant association, built upon relationships forged, often over many years, at JHI events  and through working together on client projects, helping them achieve their aims and objectives.

We know that we have to be forward-thinking in order to help our clients stay one step ahead, capitalise on opportunities and manage their key business risks. Which is why, for example, we have a number of special interest working groups, whose members are drawn from our worldwide network, and whose brief is to develop effective approaches to significant current and emerging issues that will impact our clients’ businesses.

What We Do

As you would expect from a well-developed international association, JHI members provide the full spectrum of assurance, accounting, financial, tax and business advisory services required by growing businesses and organisations. From due diligence to divestments, from incentivising employees to international tax planning, from start-ups to succession planning, we’ve got it covered.
