JHI International Conference Sessions Focus on Leadership and Self-Awareness

Values Journey to Provide Three Interactive Sessions in Thiruvananthapuram, India

October 5, 2010 (Princeton Junction, NJ): JHI, a global network of highly-regarded independent accountancy, business advisor and financial consultancy firms, will hold its annual International Conference and Annual General Meeting from 10-13 November 2010 in Thiruvananthapuram (formerly Trivandrum), India at the The Leela Kempinski Kovalam Beach.

Ken Kirkland, managing partner of Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC based in Braintree, Massachusetts, USA, will officially take over responsibilities as International Chairman of JHI at the end of the Conference. He succeeds outgoing Chairman, Mark Tenzer of Jeffreys Henry of London, England.

JHI members from around the globe will gather to share business perspectives, network and learn new techniques for optimizing their business capabilities. Dan Harris, founder and president of en-terpret.co will lead attendees through a disaster recovery session on Day One of the Conference. Harris has provided IT advisory and outsourced services since 1984 and is an active member of JHI. Also on Day One, Dr. Laveesh Bhandari, founding director of Indicus Analytics, will lead attendees through key changes in the Indian economy.

Peter Ernest, CEO of Values Journey, will also lead three interactive sessions throughout the Conference to enhance participants’ ability to create their own desired change. The purpose and outcomes of the Values Journey program at the JHI International Conference include deepening members’ self understanding, gaining the ability to challenge unwanted patterns of behavior, improve leadership capabilities and to enhance trust, communication, cooperation and teamwork within their firms.
