JHI Welcomes Shearer + Elliss in the Land Down Under

June 27, 2008 (TORONTO, ON) – Shearer + Elliss, the newest JHI firm in Australia, is a boutique chartered accounting firm specializing in strategic planning, accounting and tax management.

Michael Shearer and Ian Elliss founded the firm, located in Unley, a suburb of Adelaide in South Australia, in 1985. “Our philosophy is the same as when we opened our doors," said Ian. “We work closely with clients to help achieve their business, family and personal goals, by providing professional, strategic and personalized service.”

In 2002, the firm’s services were expanded to include investment and risk advice through Shearer + Elliss Financial Strategies.

Today, with a team of 35, Shearer + Elliss focuses on creating, managing, protecting and transferring wealth for individuals, families and business owners. The firm offers accounting, management accounting and advising, taxation advisory, GST, asset protection and estate planning services.
