JHI Los Angeles Member RBZ, LLP Pioneers Three-person Managing Partner RoleMarch 20, 2007 (TORONTO) Outgoing RBZ Managing Partner Tom Schulte recently announced a unique approach to match the growing and diversified needs of an expanding and innovative firm such as RBZ with a three-fold Managing Partner function. He notes that the firm I inherited is much different from the RBZ of today and it is apparent that the responsibilities of the Managing Partner have become much deeper and broader than they once were. Certainly the multiplicity of talents among the RBZ senior partners lends itself to such a model. A trio of senior partners will divide the Managing Partner role between them: Incoming Managing Partner, David Roberts has been with the firm for ten years and will take on lead executive role in conjunction with his existing role as Partner-In-Charge of the Law Firm services Practice. Harvey Bookstein, a founding partner of RBZ, will now be Visionary Partner. This is a role he has always played at RBZ, bringing skills and talents to implement what he sees, which has been a catalyst in the Firms success. Among the areas where Harvey will concentrate his focus will be bringing in new partners, new lines of service and new offices. Administrative Partner will be Mark Baumwohl, who will oversee that RBZ infrastructure supports the work in hand now and into the future. RBZ, LLP is one of the largest public accounting and strategic consulting firms in Southern California and has been providing accounting services for over 31 years. With offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, JHI is a leading international association for independent business advisors, financial consulting and accountancy firms. JHI facilitates communication, exchange, networking and resource sharing among members worldwide. |
