Enjoy Skiing Weekend in Austria — 18–20 March 2010

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to the assistance of Prodinger & Partner in Austria, we have been able to secure a special rate for JHI members for another skiing weekend, this time to be held at the Grand Hotel in Zell am See which is wonderfully situated on a private peninsula on the shores of the Zeller Lake. The region of Zell am See/Kaprun offers a variety of winter sport activities from Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross-Country Skiing and Ice Skating to wonderful walks in the snow.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the most beautiful ski areas as well as from the town centre and also offers a shuttle service to the ski-lift. The lavishly appointed rooms, apartments and suites offer a great view of the lake and the mountains.

Other facilities in the hotel include a Wellness Centre & Spa with pool, Jacuzzi, two Finnish saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, solarium and relaxation room; Wellness & Beauty in the Grand Spa with various massages, body treatments and cosmetic treatments, and Children’s Club presenting a different program every day for children from about 3-years-old, so there is plenty to occupy non-skiers too.

The cost will be Euros 85 per person per night for half board which includes a comprehensive breakfast buffet and dinner, and also the use of the use of the swimming area with sauna, solarium, infra-red cabin, steam-bath, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool (as above).

This weekend is a follow on from last year in Radstadt which was extremely successful and it is hoped that there will be more participants in 2010. As always, this represents a good opportunity for networking and meeting new JHI friends and it is hoped that we will be able to make full use of this excellent opportunity once again to meet in the snow!
