Have you registered for the JHI – Region of the Americas Annual General Meeting and Conference on June 21–24, 2006, in Boston, Massachusetts yet? If not, here are more reasons for you to do so: get your NASBA credits, enter into a draw for Red Sox tickets, and more.

Early Bird Registration Perks

• Members who register for the conference by April 1, 2006, will be entered into a draw for tickets to a Red Sox game with seats just off the field at Fenway Park.
• Members registering after April 1, 2006, but by May 1, 2006, will be entered into another draw – item to be announced.

Tourist Information and Resources

Tours to the JFK Library, Fenway Park and Harvard University are arranged for all delegates and guests on Friday, June 23, 2006. The group will also enjoy a clambake at Anthony’s Pier 4 with a live DJ and beach music. For your vacation planning, we are providing some web links and information on the local attractions, restaurants and city tours.

Information Sessions

Apart from the Regional Meetings on Thursday, June 22, 2006, and the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, June 24, 2006, the conference is filled with high calibre technical sessions geared to managing your firm, partners and clients. Most of these sessions carry recommended Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits applicable to NASBA, a professional development program in the Untied States.

To register for the conference and/or reserve your hotel room, use the information package:

  1. Complete and fax the Conference Registration Form to the JHI office
  2. Complete the Hotel Reservation Form and fax it to Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston

The deadline to reserve a guestroom at the Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston was May 21 at 5 pm ET. The hotel is now officially full and cannot provide us with any more guestrooms. So, for those who are still looking to register for the conference, or are just looking for accommodation during the conference, here are a few suggestions.
