Grossberg Company LLP and Soltesz, Inc. held their 4th annual Suburban Maryland Real Estate Symposium

BETHESDA, MD – Grossberg Company LLP and Soltesz, Inc. held their 4th annual 

GrissbergSuburban Maryland Real Estate Symposium on June 28, 2017 at the Bethesda Marriott. Headlining the event were Montgomery County Executive Isaiah “Ike” Leggett and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker along with Lawrence Rosenblum, Partner, Grossberg Company LLP and James Soltesz, P.E., President and CEO of Soltesz, Inc..

Both County Executives spoke of various issues including the natural and man-made disasters their counties had to overcome over the years, decreasing the budget deficits, privatizing various government roles, and the various development opportunities in the counties. They also re-emphasized the need for the Purple Line and development of areas surrounding the various stops along the Purple Line. Additionally, they spoke of the changing nature of the workforce where employees want to live where they work and the need for more transportation and housing options to support this trend.

The event attracted approximately 150 attendees from the real estate, local government and business communities in the DMV Metropolitan Area. The event was capped off with questions from the audience and a networking reception afterwards.
