About Us

JHI International is a growing global network of highly-regarded independent accountancy, business advisor and financial consultancy firms. The leading association of its kind, JHI exists to enhance the ability of member firms and their clients to drive business locally and internationally through a variety of distinctive programs and services.

World Calibre

JHI is a flourishing worldwide network of approximately 130 member firms in 55 countries. Our members are respected leaders, offering a broad range of accounting, auditing and management consultancy services in every business sector. They play key roles in setting the course for the profession. This extends to JHI members who serve in leading positions with worldwide bodies such as the Forum of Firms, an organization of international firms that perform audits of financial statements that are, or may be, used across national borders.

JHI’s global network helps member firms develop their full business capacity, while maintaining total practice independence. Members can access support and cost-effective business solutions no matter where in the world their business takes them.

Deep Roots

JHI’s roots run deep in the accounting, consulting and business advisory fields. The association was created through the merger of two premier international networks for these types of firms: the Associated Conference of Practicing Accountants International and Jeffreys Henry International. The merger of these like-minded, progressive associations, with more than half a century of experience in developing member firms worldwide, has increased the organization’s global reach, while offering unparalleled opportunity for member support and development.

Benefits

JHI focuses on building solid working relationships among members through initiatives such as:

  • Regional, Special Interest Group and International Conferences, including sessions that qualify for professional education credits in specified jurisdictions;

  • the JHI intranet, designed to encourage the fast and effective exchange of ideas and information among members;

  • technical workshops;

  • rankings of JHI firms (i.e., by country, region, etc.) by respected professional organizations that benefit members’ marketing efforts and overall recognition; and

  • discounts on useful professional resources, such as manuals and online training.

Governance

JHI is governed by the International Executive Committee and three regional executive committees representing its regional centres in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
