Kenneth W. Kirkland, CPA, MSTManaging Partner
Ken is a founding shareholder of Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, P.C., and is the managing partner of KAF Financial Group. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, concentrating in tax consulting and compliance. Ken is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and is currently a member of the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Ken serves on the Board of Trustees for the South Shore Hospital Health and Educational Foundation, and is Chair of the President’s Circle for the South Shore Hospital. Ken earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from New Hampshire College and Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He holds securities Series 6 and 66 licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ken is a featured speaker at business conferences, and provides insight into the new trends in the accounting industry. In his tax practice, Ken concentrates on succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and in structuring shareholder buy-sell agreements. Ken has also served as a mediator in several shareholder disputes. |
