Mark has been in public practice since 1985 and has advised a variety of clients, particularly in mining, primary production, property development, retailing and medical services. He also advises on business succession.

Mark is currently a director and company secretary of a publicly-listed mining company and advises clients on corporate matters and listing requirements for the Australian Stock Exchange.

He is a Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australian (CPAA) and the Taxation Institute of Australia and an Associate with Financial Planning Australia (FPA). He has served boards with a number of not-for-profit organizations.

eks Solutions, specializing in taxation, corporate regulations and management advice, financial planning, succession planning and superannuation advice, has been a JHI member since 1999. Mark has served actively on various committees in the Asia-Pacific Region.
