Mike, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Value Analyst, is the Chairman of the McCrory & McDowell LLC Executive Committee. Over the past decade, Mike has focused his practice on strategic planning and facilitation. He has developed strategic processes for clients, facilitated clients’ retreats and most importantly, provided assistance to implement their strategic initiatives. He led the effort in developing McCrory & McDowell LLC’s Three Rivers Institute (TRI), a unique facilitation leadership training and research center providing effective, participatory leadership skills to the private and nonprofit sectors.

A Business Administration graduate from Indiana State University, he has professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Institute of Cultural Affairs, the International Association of Facilitators and the Consulting Accountants Roundtable.
