As a specialist in corporate finance operations in the middle-market segment, Emili has been involved in acquisition operations in their different forms and in financial restructuring processes. He has a strong background in financial analysis, appraisal of companies and the development of business plans. Emili forms part of the team responsible for the firm's international development. His extensive experience working with management teams in the context of multinational corporations represents a significant contribution to the initiatives undertaken by the team.

Emili is a graduate of the University of Barcelona's Economic and Business Sciences program and has also earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration through La Salle – Barcelona and Philadelphia University, U.S.A. He has completed specialized training in both economic-financial analysis of business projects and strategic negotiation. Emili is a member of the Committee for Knowledge Management and the Financial Economics Committee of the Professional Association of Economists of Catalonia.
